Useful Information

* Self check-in with a unique personal door code.

* Free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

* Garage is not available for guest use.

* Booking guest must complete our secure pre-arrival registration form and provide a valid government-issued ID to comply with local ordinances and community regulations.

* Full names of all guests staying at the property are required to activate your access code. Your information is kept secure and is never shared or used for marketing purposes.

* Starter toiletries are provided to help you settle in upon arrival. Additional toiletries, paper products, food, condiments, and personal supplies are the guest's responsibility during the stay.

* Parties, events, smoking, and pets are not permitted.

* The private pool does not have a safety fence or child safety gate. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool area.

* Please review our House Rules before booking.

Guest Responsibility: By confirming this reservation, guests accept responsibility for any damage caused to the property by themselves or anyone in their party. The Owner and Property Manager are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal belongings left behind. Please review and follow all House Rules before and during your stay.

- BBQ Grill: $85 flat fee per stay (includes one propane tank).

- Pack & Play Rental: $35 per stay.

- Crib Rental: $45 per stay.

- High Chair Rental: $35 per stay.

- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Starting at $60, subject to availability.

- Extra Guests: Maximum of 2 additional guests at $25 per person, per night. No additional beds or sleeping arrangements are provided.

- Left Behind Items: Returned by courier only. $60 handling fee plus shipping costs, paid in advance. Items are held for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Contactless self check-in. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire single-story home, including the private screened patio and private pool.

There are no stairs inside the property, making it easy to move throughout the home.

The garage is not available for guest use; however, the driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles.

Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house. I will be available for anything needed by Airbnb chat.

- Booking guest must complete pre-check-in form with ID. Full names of all guests required. Info is never shared or used for marketing.

- We provide basic, one-time-use toiletries to get you started; please bring extras for the rest of your stay.

- Exterior cameras are installed and a ring doorbell. No cameras are located inside the home.

- Left items: Return via courier only. Fees for handling and shipping applies. We are not responsible for left items. Held for max 2 weeks.

- Fee applies when requesting early check in / late check out upon availability. Fees varies.

- Private pool is free to use. For your safety, please note that the pool does not have a child safety fence or gate, and children should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
