Prior to making a reservation, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our house rules. 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms. 2 Story home | 3,126 Square feet. Community: Solterra Resort. *Bedrooms | Bathrooms Arrangement: Downstairs: Bedroom #1: 1 Queen Bed with attached Full bathroom with shower. Bathroom is also accessible to the dining area. Upstairs: Bedroom #2: Master King Bed, Master Bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom #3: Master King Bed, Master Bathroom with shower. Bedroom #4: Princesses themed with 1 Twin bed and 1 Double (Full) bed. Bedroom #5: 1 Twin bed and 1 Double (Full) bed. Bathroom on the hall with shower. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the private pool and patio, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. A game room provides entertainment for all ages. Each room is beautifully furnished and equipped with modern amenities and Smart TVs in all bedrooms and areas of the house. * Living room with spacious L-shaped sofa, an incredible gathering spot with access to the patio-pool area through the sliding doors. * Dining Area with dining table and 10 seats. * Counter seating at kitchen area with 4 barstools. * Fully equipped kitchen. * Spacious patio area features a private screened pool with safety fence, covered lanai with table with patio furniture 4 seating, and loveseat allowing you to relax after a long day at the parks. * Game Room in the garage conversion: Pool table, Foosball Table, Air hockey table. * Laundry Washer and Dryer (Upstairs, laundry detergent is not provided). * Smart TVs in the Living room and each of the bedrooms. * Central A/C & Free Wi-Fi. * Freshly-cleaned bath, hand, pool towels, hairdryer provided. * Solterra Resort Amenites: Amenities at the clubhouse include Pool, Lazy River, Spa, Gym, Tennis, Pickleball and Sand Volleyball Courts, Playground, and access to Café Sol poolside Bar & Grill. ***Useful information * Solterra Resort is a Gated community, all names should be pre-registered and checked at the Resort security entrance. * One-Time fee per house, per the whole stay must be paid directly to Solterra Resort $35 + Tax one time fee. * Self check-in with unique personal door code. We ask our guests to fill out a pre-check in form and attach ID prior to check-in. All names should be pre-registered to be allowed to access, parking and enjoy the amenities in Solterra Resort. * Free Parking for 2 cars at driveway, No street parking or will be towed away by the the complex management. Parking on the sidewalk or grass is not allowed. Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort. Kindly follow the community guidelines. While few additional parking spaces are available for overflow, these are not assigned or reserved and may not be available at all times. **Vehicles parked in violation may be towed at the guest's expense. * Toiletries: A small selection of toiletries is provided meant to ensure a comfortable transition upon your arrival, should you require additional toiletries, condiments and any provisions it will be necessary for you to purchase them independently. * Parties/Events are not allowed in the house. * Pack’n Play / High Chair / Crib Rentals upon request. * Pool Heat: Optional service for $140 for the stay (Up to 6 days stay). *Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Please be aware that the pool heater is designed for mild weather and may not effectively heat the pool in cold conditions. Refunds are unfortunately not available if the pool doesn't reach your ideal temperature due to cold weather. The heater has a built-in safety system that shuts off automatically during cold weather to protect the equipment. Please keep in mind that pool heating is an optional service and may not always be available. * BBQ GRILL: Optional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 days prior to the arrival. *Please check our house rules before booking. Contactless check in. Guests will have access to the whole house, private patio and pool. It is a two story house, one bedroom and one full bathroom is downstairs for convenience. The rest of bedrooms & bathrooms are upstairs and the use the stairs is needed. Access to the Wonderful Solterra Resort amenities is allowed for a resort fee of $35 plus tax. One-Time fee per house, per the whole stay. Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house. I will be available for anything needed by Airbnb chat, text or calls.
