- Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.

- Bedroom #4: Bunk bed with a twin bed up and a full bed down, smart TV, Mandalorian-Baby Yoda themed.

- Bedroom #5: 2 Twin beds, smart TV, ceiling fan, Mickey Mouse themed.

- 1 Full Bathroom with bathtub, it is located next to Mickey Mouse bedroom and has an exit also to the Patio/Pool area.

- Dining Area with dining table and 6 seats and counter seating at kitchen are with 3 seats.

- Full equipped kitchen.

- Game Room in the Garage conversion with Pool table.

- Family room which serves as an incredible gathering spot with access to the patio-pool area through the sliding doors.

- Spacious patio area features a large private pool, seating area with ceiling fan, lounge chairs allowing you to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Smart TVs in each of the 5 bedrooms, family room and game room.

Central AC & Ceiling fans throughout the house including bedrooms, family room, patio.

* Toiletries: A small selection of toiletries is provided meant to ensure a comfortable transition upon your arrival, should you require additional toiletries it will be necessary for you to purchase them independently.

* Freshly-cleaned bath, hand and pool towels.

* Hairdryers in the bathrooms.

* Free Parking for 2 cars at driveway, no street parking or will be towed away by the the complex management.

* Self check-in with unique personal door code

* We ask our guests to fill out a pre-check in form and attach ID prior to check-in.

* Parties/Events are not allowed in the house.

Located in Sandy Ridge Community in Davenport, Florida, 33837.

Self check-in front door with an unique code per guest. Codes will be provided 2 days before arrival.

There are 2 car parking spaces at the driveway, street parking is not allowed.

Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house. I will be available for anything needed by Airbnb chat, text or calls.

There is free parking space for 2 cars only at the driveway.**No overnight parking. All cars parked on the street will be Tow Away by the Complex management**

- If this house is unavailable on your preferred dates, kindly check my profile as we have other similar homes that could potentially accommodate your schedule.

- In order to activate the door code, all adults names staying should be sent in advance, and the pre-check in form filled out with attached ID prior to check-in. The number of guest will be confirmed and enforced.

- POOL: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day. Should be for the whole stay, it is a non refundable fee.

- BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.

- One Pet allowed under 30 pounds, breed restrictions. Must be authorized.
